Some Aspects of present-day demographical Situation in Saratov Region

The studies of the demographic structure of the population, the characteristics of migration, the intraregional differences in the demographic situation, consideration of socio-economic ranking of the region give the grounds to draw a conclusion about the inevitability of the further process of depopulation in the region, the deterioration of the «quality» of the population. 

Regional Features of Demographic Development of Volga Federal District (2000–2016)

The article considers modern trends in demographic development of VFD subjects, the results of positive demographic dynamics of the recent years. The regional differences in population reproduction, migration are analysed. The preservation of significant differentiation in the indicators of the population reproduction in the VFD regions is shown. The main problems of the demographic situation in the regions and possible directions for their solution are formulated.

The Tendencies of the Modern Territorial Organization of the Rural Population in Saratov Region

In the article we have analyzed resettlement of the rural population, the changes that had occurred in population size in the settlements in question, peculiarity of migration, and the demographic diversity within different regions. Based on the analysis the conclusion can be drown that the system of the rural settlements is a subject of great change. According to the upcoming change the population will be concentrated in big settlements and along the thoroughfares. Rural conglomeration will face a considerable development.

Trends of Hydrocarbon Exploration in the Devonian-Lower Carboniferous Beds of the Stepnovskij Composite Swell

Arguments are provided to substantiate relationship between the beds from the Devonian-Lower Carboniferous and the Visean petroleum complexes in the Stepnovskij swell and the wash-out zone (from the Timanskian to the Vorobyevskian beds) of the underlying Eifelian-Lower Frasnian complex. The data on the compositions of oils and free gases is used to show the presence of a lateral migration flow from the Pricaspian Depression to the southern and the southwestern areas of the Volga-Ural petroleum province.
